Wetlands Preservation
Known as the Keene-Nejedly California Wetlands Preservation Act
The act spans §§ 5810–5818 (11 sections).

As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the following terms mean:
(a) “Agency” means the Resources Agency.
(b) “Departments” means the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Fish and Game, and the California Coastal Conservancy.
