Powers Exercisable Only After Giving Notice of Proposed Action

Known as the Independent Administration of Estates Act

If the will gives a person the option to purchase real or personal property and the person has complied with the terms and conditions stated in the will, the personal representative has the power to convey or transfer the property to the person.
