Powers Exercisable Without Giving Notice of Proposed Action

Known as the Independent Administration of Estates Act

The personal representative has the power to purchase securities or commodities required to perform an incomplete contract of sale where the decedent died having sold but not delivered securities or commodities not owned by the decedent.
