Cal. Prob. Code § 1204

General Notice Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.

A person, including a guardian ad litem, guardian, conservator, trustee, or other fiduciary, may waive notice by a writing signed by the person or the person’s attorney and filed in the proceeding.
