Surviving Spouse’s Waiver of Rights

Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.

As used in this chapter, “waiver” means a waiver by the surviving spouse of any of the rights listed in subdivision (a) of Section 141, whether signed before or during marriage.
