General Provisions

Known as the Trust Law

The act spans §§ 15000–19403 (351 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.

On application by the trustee, the court clerk shall issue a certificate that the trustee is a duly appointed and acting trustee under the trust if the court file shows the incumbency of the trustee.
