Specific Powers of Trustees

Known as the Trust Law

Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.

The trustee has the power to encumber, mortgage, or pledge trust property for a term within or extending beyond the term of the trust in connection with the exercise of any power vested in the trustee.
