Known as the California Conservatorship Jurisdiction Act
The act spans §§ 1980–2033 (35 sections).
Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 553, Sec. 20
(a) By enacting this chapter, it is the Legislature’s intent to enact a modified version of the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act.
(b) This chapter may be cited as the “California Conservatorship Jurisdiction Act.”
