Powers and Duties of Directors

Known as the Municipal Utility District Act

A district may, by resolution adopted by a majority of the board, change its name. A certified copy of the resolution changing the name of the district shall be recorded in each county included in whole or in part within the district and shall be transmitted to the Treasurer.
