District Elections

Known as the The Public Utility District Act

The act spans §§ 15501–18055 (309 sections).

Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 72.

No person may vote at any district election unless he possesses all the requirements of an elector under the general laws and is a qualified elector residing within the district.
