Annexation of Noncontiguous Territory

Known as the The Public Utility District Act

The act spans §§ 15501–18055 (309 sections).

Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 72.

As used in this article, “petitioning district” means any public utility district, water district, or irrigation district containing land which is to be annexed to a public utility district.
