Known as the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District Act

Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 978.
The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be as follows:
“Be it enacted by the Board of Directors of the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District:” All ordinances shall be signed by the chairman of the board or the vice chairman and attested by the secretary.
