Two hundred two million dollars ($202,000,000) shall be allocated to the Los Angeles-San Diego Rail Corridor Agency for intercity and commuter rail projects for expenditure as follows:
(a) In San Diego County, fortyfive million dollars ($45,000,000).
(b) In Orange County, eightytwo million dollars ($82,000,000).
(c) In Los Angeles County, seventyfive million dollars ($75,000,000).
