Known as the Clean Air and Transportation Improvement Act

The act spans §§ 99600–99686 (64 sections).

Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 116.

Eleven million dollars ($11,000,000) shall be allocated to the Santa Cruz County Transportation Commission for the following:

(a) Intercity passenger rail projects connecting the City of Santa Cruz with the Watsonville Junction.

(b) Other rail projects within Santa Cruz County which facilitate recreational, commuter, intercity and intercounty travel.
