GENERAL PROVISIONS

Known as the Streets and Highways Code

The act spans §§ 1–36 (33 sections).

Amended by Stats. 1972, Ch. 1253.

“Department” means the Department of Transportation of this state.

Any reference in any law or regulation to the Department of Public Works shall be deemed to refer to the Department of Transportation.
