Cal. Sts. & High. Code § 24

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Known as the Streets and Highways Code

The act spans §§ 1–36 (33 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 29.

As used in this code, “State highway” means any highway which is acquired, laid out, constructed, improved or maintained as a State highway pursuant to constitutional or legislative authorization.
