(a) The department shall collaborate with the Labor Commissioner to administer the Motor Carrier Employer Amnesty Program established by Section 2750.8 of the Labor Code and as provided by this article.
(b) The definitions set forth in Section 2750.8 of the Labor Code shall apply to this article.
