Calling of Election
Known as the Irrigation District Law
The act spans §§ 20500–29978 (1,017 sections).
Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 372.
The notice of the formation election shall contain:
(a) Date and hours of election.
(b) Place of polls in each precinct.
(c) Description of the land.
(d) Name of the proposed district.
(e) Offices for which candidates shall be elected at the election.
