Official Bonds
Known as the Irrigation District Law
The act spans §§ 20500–29978 (1,017 sections).
Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 372.
When not otherwise provided by the board the bonds to be given by the following officers shall be in the following sums:
(a) Assessor: Five thousand dollars ($5,000).
(b) Collector: Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000).
(c) Treasurer: One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
