Proposal by Board
Known as the Irrigation District Law

The board may by resolution cause a survey of the proposed improvement to be made, which survey shall include each of the following:
(a) Detailed plans and specifications.
(b) An estimate of the total cost of the improvement.
(c) A description of the land to be benefited.
