Cal. Water Code § 37580

Inclusion of Land Owned by the District

Known as the California Water District Law

The act spans §§ 34000–38501 (855 sections).

Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 390.

Upon the determination by the board that the inclusion within the district of any contiguous or noncontiguous land owned by the district is for the best interest of the district, the board may, by resolution, declare that the land is included within the district.
