Cal. Water Code § 4305

Payment by and Collection From State Agencies and Public Entities

Repealed and added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 360.

At any time after 30 days after any payment due under this article becomes delinquent the department may institute in the name of the people of the State an action to compel payment of the charge against the owner and, in the case of a public utility, to foreclose the lien against any money of the public utility.
