Cal. Water Code § 70070

The Board of Directors

Known as the Levee District Law

Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 370.

A district shall have a board of three directors, each of whom shall be an elector of the district. The term of office of the directors shall be four years except that the directors first elected, upon the formation of the district, who shall serve only until their successors are elected and qualified.
