Establishment of Zones and Registration of Water-Measuring Devices

Known as the Water Conservation District Law

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.

Prior to the establishment of any ground water charge, the board shall establish a zone or zones within the district within which the ground water charge will be effective. Such zone or zones shall be established and may be amended to the extent and in the manner prescribed in Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 75560) of this part. A zone may include the entire district.
