Delta Tributary Watershed Program
Known as the Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Act
The act spans §§ 78500–78702 (155 sections).
Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 135, Sec. 1
The board may adopt regulations to implement this article. The regulations shall include all of the following:
(a) Criteria for the assessment of watershed areas.
(b) Procedures for the submission of applications.
(c) Procedures for the approval or disapproval of an application submitted under Section 78647.6.
