River Protection Program

Known as the Costa-Machado Water Act

The act spans §§ 79000–79222 (267 sections).

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1

(a) There is hereby created in the account the River Protection Subaccount.

(b) For the purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the River Protection Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
