Known as the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency Act
The act spans §§ 81300–81461 (86 sections).
Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 844, Sec. 1
(a) Article 4 (commencing with Section 1090) of Chapter 1 of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code applies to all officers and employees of the agency.
(b) The agency is a “local government agency” for the purposes of the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Title 9 (commencing with Section 81000) of the Government Code).
