Known as the The Burton-Moscone-Bagley Citizens’ Income Security Act

The county welfare department shall provide to each visually impaired applicant or recipient of benefits under this article, upon determination or redetermination of eligibility for benefits under this article, information on, and referral services to, community public and nonprofit entities that provide reading services to visually impaired persons.
