Crime and Delinquency Prevention

Known as the Youth Authority Act

The act spans §§ 1700–1915 (189 sections).

Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1401.

The director may assist in the establishment of public committees having as their object the prevention or decrease of crime and delinquency among youth, and the director may participate in the work of any such existing or established committees.
