Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 18459

General Provisions

Known as the Relief Law

The act spans §§ 18450 to 18524 (38 sections).

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1784.

For the purposes of this chapter, a person who is a resident of the state is a resident of the county in which he has resided continuously for one year immediately preceding his application for relief.
