Regional Center Contracts
Known as the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act
The act spans §§ 4500 to 4885 (423 sections).
Repealed (in Sec. 14) and added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 414, Sec. 14.5
The department shall not contract with any new regional center contracting agency unless the governing board of the agency is composed of individuals as specified in subdivisions (a) to (f), inclusive, of Section 4622.
This section shall become operative on July 1, 1999.
