Habilitation Services For Persons With Developmental Disabilities
Known as the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act
The act spans §§ 4500–4885 (423 sections).
Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 226, Sec. 2
The individual program plan planning team, shall, pursuant to Section 4646, meet, when it is necessary to review any of the following:
(a) The appropriateness of job placement.
(b) The appropriateness of the services available at the Work Activity Program or Supported Employment Program.
(c) The individual habilitation service plan.
