Known as the Mello-Granlund Older Californians Act
The act spans §§ 9000–9861 (192 sections).

The deliverables identified in Section 9002 shall be informed by data from validated sources, which may include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
(a) The United States Census.
(b) The Department of Finance.
(c) The Master Plan for Aging Data Dashboard.
(d) The Elder Index.
(e) The Healthy Places Index.
