C.R.S. § 1-1.5-102

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Department” means the Colorado department of state. (2) “Fund” means the federal elections assistance fund created in section 1-1.5-106 . (3) “HAVA” means the federal “Help America Vote Act of 2002”, 52 U.S.C. 20901 et seq. (4) “Secretary” means the Colorado secretary of state.
