C.R.S. § 1-5-504.5

(1) The following items shall be posted at each polling location: (a) A polling location sign visible from the outside of the closest entrance to the polling location pursuant to section 1-5-106 ; (b) A sign notifying persons outside and inside of the polling location that no electioneering is permitted within one hundred feet of the polling location pursuant to section 1-13-714 ; (c) Instruction cards for the guidance of eligible electors pursuant to section 1-5-504 ; (d) Sample ballots pursuant to section 1-5-413 ; (e) An explanation of the procedures that govern the provision of voting assistance to electors with disabilities who require such assistance pursuant to section 1-7-111 . The secretary of state shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4 of title 24 , C.R.S., to prescribe the form of such explanation.
