C.R.S. § 11-44-120

(1) The commissioner shall maintain annually revised summaries disclosing the names of the officers and directors of all savings and loan associations doing business in the state of Colorado during the preceding year, the financial condition of such savings and loan associations, together with a statement of the assets, liabilities, and reserves of the associations, and such other information concerning the same as he may see fit. (2) These data and any other material circulated in quantity outside the executive branch shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of section 24-1-136 , C.R.S. (3) Repealed.
