C.R.S. § 12-1-103

As used in this title 12, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Department” means the department of regulatory agencies created in section 24-1-122 . (2) “Executive director” means the executive director of the department or the executive director’s designee. (3) “Profession or occupation”, “profession”, or “occupation” means an activity subject to regulation by a part or article of this title 12.
