C.R.S. § 12-10-101

As used in this article 10, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Director” means the director of the division of real estate. (2) “Division” means the division of real estate. (3) “HOA” or “homeowners’ association” means an association or unit owners’ association formed before, on, or after July 1, 1992, as part of a common interest community as defined in section 38-33.3-103 .
