C.R.S. § 12-120-102

As used in this article 120, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Board” means the state board of licensure for architects, professional engineers, and professional land surveyors, created in section 12-120-103 . (2) “Surveyor quorum of the board” means not less than the three professional land surveyor members of the board and one of the nonengineering, non-land surveyor members of the board.
