C.R.S. § 12-120-215

(1) Pursuant to section 12-20-105 , the board shall charge and collect fees for the following: (a) With respect to professional engineers: (I) Renewal of a license; (II) Replacement of a physical certificate of licensure, if requested by the licensee; (III) Application for licensure pursuant to the occupational credential portability program; (IV) Application for the principles and practice of engineering examination; (V) Issuance of a physical certificate of licensure, if requested by the licensee; (VI) Late renewal of a license; (VII) Reexamination for the principles and practice of engineering examination; (VIII) Reinstatement of an expired license; (IX) Listing as a retired professional engineer; (b) With respect to engineer-interns: (I) Application for the fundamentals of engineering examination; (II) Reexamination for the fundamentals of engineering examination; (III) Application for enrollment pursuant to the occupational credential portability program.
