C.R.S. § 13-21-1001

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Child” means a person under eighteen years of age. (2) “Sexual contact”, “sexual intrusion”, and “sexual penetration” shall have the same meanings as set forth in section 18-3-401 (4), (5), and (6), C.R.S., respectively.
