C.R.S. § 13-5-108

(1) The seventh judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Delta, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray, and San Miguel. (2) Intentionally left blank —Ed. (a) The number of judges for the seventh judicial district shall be three. (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2003, the number of judges for the seventh judicial district shall be four. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this subsection (2), subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2011, the number of judges for the seventh judicial district shall be five.
