(1) The twelfth judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande, and Saguache. (2) Intentionally left blank —Ed. (a) The number of judges for the twelfth judicial district shall be two. (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2007, the number of judges for the twelfth judicial district shall be three. (c) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2015, the number of judges for the twelfth judicial district shall be four.
