(1) The fourteenth judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Grand, Moffat, and Routt. (2) Intentionally left blank —Ed. (a) The number of judges for the fourteenth judicial district shall be two. (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2007, the number of judges for the fourteenth judicial district shall be three.
