C.R.S. § 13-71-103

Number of trial jurors

Known as the Colorado Uniform Jury Selection and Service Act

The act spans §§ 13-71-101 to 13-71-145 (48 sections).

A jury in civil cases shall consist of six persons, unless the parties agree to a smaller number, which shall be not less than three.
