Short title

Known as the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act

The act spans §§ 15-14.5-101 to 15-14.5-503 (23 sections).

This article may be cited as the “Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act”.
