C.R.S. § 18-5-116

Controlled substances

Known as the Colorado Criminal Code

The act spans §§ 18-10-101 to 18-9-314 (590 sections).

(1) It is unlawful for any person, surreptitiously or by means of fraud, misrepresentation, suppression of truth, deception, or subterfuge, to cause any other person to unknowingly consume or receive the direct administration of any controlled substance, as defined in section 18-18-102 (5); except that nothing in this section shall diminish the scope of health care authorized by law. (2) Any person who violates the provisions of this section commits a class 4 felony.
