C.R.S. § 2-3-1301

As used in this part 13, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Capital asset” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (1), C.R.S. (2) “Capital construction” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (2), C.R.S. (3) “Capital renewal” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (3), C.R.S. (4) “Controlled maintenance” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (4), C.R.S., including the limitations specified in section 24-30-1303.9 , C.R.S. (5) “Real property” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (15), C.R.S. (6) “State” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (16), C.R.S. (7) “State agency” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (17), C.R.S. (8) “State institution of higher education” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (18), C.R.S.
