(1) The commissioner may waive any requirements imposed by this title as to the reporting of data to the department or the state board by any school district which is eligible to receive the minimum amount of state moneys under the provisions of article 54 of this title, if the commissioner finds that any benefits from receiving such reports are outweighed by the district’s increased administrative costs of reporting in light of its minimum share of state moneys. (2) Repealed.
