(1) No person shall be permitted to vote at any regular biennial school election or special school election without first having been registered in the manner required by the provisions of article 2 of title 1 , C.R.S. (2) to (5)(Deleted by amendment, L. 92, p. 819, § 31, effective January 1, 1993.)(6) and (7) Repealed.
